We started by opening learning pods, which are innovative and intimate learning environments that personalize education for each child.   We believe small learning environments designed with online learning and in-person socialization improve the school experience for adults and learners.  Students get personalized academic support, an opportunity to build relationships with their peers, and to participate in engaging hands-on enrichment activities. To scale our approach to more communities across America, we are launching [KaiPod Catalyst](https://www.kaipodlearning.com/kaipod-catalyst), an accelerator to train and support a broad network of independent new microschools across the country. KaiPod Catalyst is a free, part-time, intensive learning program for entrepreneurially-driven educators to get the training, resources, and support they need to open their own microschools. The Accelerator operates over an 18 week period and is designed for working professionals to prepare for the ambitious task of opening a new school.  The program provides training and support across marketing, operations, financing, and academics, and culminates in a **National Open House Week** for new school leaders to share their vision with prospective students and their families.
